7:52 am - ECCLESAISTES 8:17
then i saw all that God has done. no one can comprehend what goes on under the sun. despite all his efforts to search it out, a man cannot discover its meaning. even if a wise man claims he knows, he cannot really comprehend it.

9:47 am - ECCLESIASTES 7:13-14
consider what God has done: who can straighten what He has made crooked?

but when times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider: God has made the one as well as the other. therefore, a man cannot discover anything about his future.

1:48 am - ECCLESAISTES 6:10-11
whatever exists has already been named, and what man it has been known; no man can contend with the one stronger than He.

the more the words, the less the meaning, and how does that profit anyone?

4:22 am - ECCLESAISTES 5:2
do not be quick with your mouth. do not be hasty with your heart to utter anything before God. God is in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few.

1:19 am - ECCLESIASTES 4:9-12
two are better than one, because they a have return for their work:

if one falls down, his friend can help him up. but pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!

also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. but how can one keep warm alone?

though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. a cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

1:55 am - ECCLESIASTES 3:1-8
there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven:

a time to be born, and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot,

a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build,

a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance,

a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain,

a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away,

a time to tear and a time to mend, a time be silent and a time to speak,

a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.

2:35 am - ECCLESIASTES 2:26
to the man who pleases Him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to sinners He gives the tasks of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. this too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.
